Directions to Delta State University
For directions to campus, please consult this page from the DSU web site. See also the large map of campus. No matter which route you take, everyone will reach the intersection of Routes 61 and 8. Delta State is located on Sunflower Road or Route 8. Drive onto Route 8 going west. You will encounter three stop lights: North Chrisman Avenue, North Sharpe Avenue, and North Bayou Avenue. The next stop light will be at DSU. At that light you will take a left-hand turn. Now follow the directions in the next section to the Court of Governors.
Directions to Court of Governors and to Kethley Hall
All students will be staying in the Court of Governors dormitory, males on one side, females on the other. Follow these directions from Sunflower Road, otherwise known as Route 8.
1. From Sunflower Road, turn left onto Fifth Street (note the red line)
2. Proceed past the DSU Library to Maple Street.
3. Turn left onto Maple Street and drive almost to the end of campus.
4. Look for a large dormitory on your right-hand side. You will see "Court of Governors" on the side of the building.
5. Pull into the parking lot and look for the DSU mentor who will direct you to the correct location.
Directions to Kethley Hall from the Court of Governors
From the Court of Governors, follow the blue, dotted line through campus. Parking will be available in from of Kethley Hall.
